The kids are now officially 1 and 3 years old! We didn't make any huge deal with their birthdays this year - given that life is kind of crazy right now. Maybe next year when we have a bit more room to have people over!
The house is coming along quite well, and we are all itching to get out of this cramped space, and spread out a little bit. Especially for J to have his office back, and of coarse a space for the kids to play and run and bike!
C got a no-pedals bike for his birthday - and he looooves it. We take him out everyday (weather permitting) for a ride. Yesterday we went down to Spanish Banks and took a walk/ride down the beach. It was so beautiful. And there was a Datsun/VW car show at the end of the trail. Yes, this was planned =).
N is crawling really fast these days, and standing. No walking - not even close! She can pull herself to standing, but doesn't that often. Her vocabulary is ever increasing. "Hi Dad" sounds very cute!
The nights have been awful the last couple weeks. N now has 2 new molars and another bottom tooth through. Making that 10 teeth! Hopefully that will be it for a while so we can catching up on some sleep, and have our less-grumpy baby back.
We are so ready to settle back into a routine, but are making due in the mean time. I am feeling extra tired, and have been eating crappier than usual, and not exercising enough. I plan on turning that around right away, as the scale and my body feel like it is definitely time to get back into some healthy living!
N has got way more teeth since we've seen her and I love that those jammies were M's. They are both cute and I can't wait to see them and give them some bday presents and hugs...
