Shred

Ok, so I am on day 3 of the 30 day shred. If you haven't heard of this - it is Jillian's (from the biggest loser) workout DVD. They are 20 minute workouts. Now you think - 20 min? What could you really accomplish in 20 min? Well hoooooly crap!! I can barely walk stairs, and am fearful every time I sit down on the toilet....because the thought of standing back up is a little daunting. My muscles are just a tad sore =)

I am actually really enjoying the video though! She is tough, and makes you want to come back for more......yelling things like "you see these abs! you don't get these for free people" and "I know you want to turn this DVD off right now..." and "When it starts to hurt - that is when it counts" lol. And I am guessing something is working by the amount of pain I am in. But I am determined to go the full 30 days - and see what happens! I'll make sure to update you =) You know, so any others out there looking for a cheap and quick workout routine can know if this one delivers results!

I'm off to do another torture session...

  2. I found your blog through Yvonne and I definitely would love to hear how this is as a workout/weightloss DVD! After baby #2 is here it is definitely time to lose the weight from both pregnancies and get back in shape! Love hearing about the kiddos!
