Recap

We have been......busy. And I am so looking forward to life getting back into routine. This morning C is off to preschool. Ahhhhh - how I missed preschool =)

Christmas was really wonderful this year - not too hectic, and lots of good family time. The 26th we headed up to Princeton for a few days, which was very nice and relaxing as well. (for us anyways, I can't speak for my mother and father in law =)

The day we got home, cabinets were getting assembled in our basement, and the next two days the install was in full swing! It was really exciting - but also hard to shuffle the kids out the door in the morning for the full day, especially just coming out of Christmas, and being away! C was crying to stay home, and it was hard to not get that much needed down time. But now I am so happy it is DONE! (almost). Just waiting for the counter top, which is being installed on Friday! Yippeee!!

Since then we have rearranged our living room, and I painted the kitchen. There are still things that need to be organized, and pictures to be hung, but for the most part, it is live able and finished.

Well I gotta run and get C from preschool - I hope everyone has been having a wonderful New Year!
